Here is your chance to volunteer for one of Calgary's best festivals for 2008. Volunteers are very important to ReggaeFest and without you we would not be able to continue doing this year after year. Thank you in advance for volunteering, we appreciate your help!

July 25, 2008 – Deadline to submit your application (submit early to get preferred position)

July 28, 2008 – Positions will be communicated

July 29, 30, 31 and August 5, 7 – Volunteer Information Meetings, ALL volunteers MUST attend at least one of these meetings.

Please Note: This application does NOT guarantee you a volunteer position. All successful volunteer applicants will be contacted by July 28, 2008 and provided further information on the position they have been assigned to.

Application deadline: Food vendors - June 1; Merchandise vendors and community booths - June 13
Deadline extended to July 19 for Merchandise and Community applications.

Please note: Submitting the application does not guarantee you a booth. The Calgary International Reggae Festival committee will decide which vendors will be allowed to do business at the Festival. Successful applicants will be contacted by June 30, at which time arrangements will be made for payment.

Food vendors must comply with CHR health regulations and submit the "Participant Application Form for Special Events & Trade Shows" by June 15 - find these documents at the CHR site
