Applications for ReggaeFest 2012 will be accepted May 1 until July 31, 2012.
Here is your chance to volunteer for one of Calgary's best festivals for 2012. Volunteers are very important to ReggaeFest and without you we would not be able to continue doing this year after year. Thank you in advance for volunteering, we appreciate your help!
Please note: Exact 2012 dates will be announced at a later date.
July 31, 2012 – Deadline to submit your application (submit early to get preferred position)
August, 2012 – Positions will be communicated.
August, 2012 – Approved Volunteer Information Meeting, ALL volunteers MUST attend (except Beer Garden and Green Room).
August 15, 2012 - Approved Beer Garden and Green Room Volunteer Information Meeting. ALL volunteers in these areas MUST attend.
Please Note: This application does NOT guarantee you a volunteer position. All successful volunteer applicants will be contacted by August, 2012 and provided further information on the position they have been assigned to. Some areas fill up quickly therefore you may be asked to assist where needed.

Information and Application Deadlines.
Food Vendor Deadline:
June 15, 2012
Food Vendors must comply with Alberta Health Services (AHS) health regulations and submit the "Environmental Public Health Temporary Food Establishment (Vendor) Notification" by June 20, 2012 to ReggaeFest - find these documents at the AHS site
Merchandise and Community Vendors Deadline: July 15, 2012
Exclusivity is not guaranteed.
All successful vendors will be required to provide proof of insurance.
